Welcome to Upside Trucking, a platform owned and operated by Logistics Network Solutions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Upside Trucking mobile app, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
To use the Platform, you must:
We reserve the right to deny or revoke access to anyone at our sole discretion, including due to incomplete or false information.
By registering as a driver, you agree that you are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or representative of Upside Trucking or Logistics Network Solutions LLC. You are solely responsible for your taxes, insurance, licensing, fuel, maintenance, and all other business expenses.
You may accept or decline delivery offers at your discretion, but you are expected to complete accepted deliveries professionally, timely, and in accordance with our standards.
Upside Trucking offers optional subscription tiers:
Subscription fees are non-refundable and will auto-renew monthly unless cancelled prior to renewal. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.
When performing a delivery, you agree to:
Failure to meet delivery standards may result in loss of access or platform penalties.
Our Platform uses AI to recommend routes, optimize delivery timing, and improve job suggestions. These tools are advisory and do not override traffic laws or your discretion as a driver. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or incidents related to AI recommendations.
Drivers are paid bi-weekly via direct deposit. A 2.5% fee applies to instant cash-outs. You are responsible for monitoring your transaction history and reporting discrepancies within 14 days.
Upside Trucking does not guarantee a minimum number of deliveries or earnings.
You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:
Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding obligations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Upside Trucking shall not be liable for:
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you earned through the Platform in the past 3 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Upside Trucking, Logistics Network Solutions LLC, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
By opting into SMS communications from Upside Trucking, users agree to receive text messages regarding applications, onboarding, load opportunities, dispatch coordination, and operational updates. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
Upside Trucking and Logistics Network Solutions do not sell, share, or distribute mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS consent is optional and is not required to submit an application, receive partnership consideration, or access opportunities.
